For Bootle Elim Pentecostal Church 2006-2010
The following areas are intended as a development of what the Church is already acheiving. By the end of five years of the evangelistic, nurturing, teaching, worship and social activities that we already do, we hope to acheive the following:
1. Leadership
To have a leadership team of four. (Pastor, Associate Pastor and 2 Elders).
To have 4 Deacons - (To be responsible for Church maintenance, health and safety and Church rotas).
2. Prayer
To have a comprehensive prayer programme/strategy, so that the Church and the town of Bootle are soaked in prayer. This will be overseen by a prayer co-ordinator. This will be linked in with the Merseyside Churches and the Elim prayer Network.
We would like to see regular prayer for local politicians, schools, health visitors, police, local community groups as well as for a "spiritual breakthrough" in Bootle Elim Church and the town of Bootle and the city of Liverpool.
