6. Equipping People
To have an established training programme that encourages people in their walk with God, and equipping them for ministry in the following areas: Church leadership; small groups leadership; Pastoral care; preaching; children's work; youth work; leading Worship and personal evangelism.
To help people fulfil their vision in God.
7. Community Involvement
For many in the church to be actively involved in their local community, in a personal capacity. Example - volunteering for a local community project etc.
